Censorship, what a crock of shit
Who has the right to tell the people what they can and can not view on their own free time... granted, their are some fucked up things out their, but without a proper understanding of what the world really is, how can we expect the younger generation to adapt to change, and become more efficent in day to day living? Well, we can't do anything about it, the media and parents can do what ever they want how ever. Which brings me to the topic, censorship, and how it is a crock of shit. Blatant internet censorship, by parental figures may seem like a good idea, most parents are afraid of what they can't understand (new technology) so it is understandable they would censor their children, but is it possible that this censorship would have a negative effect on the children? Oh i can't go this web page on contraceptives, so it must be bad, i just won't have sex until some other person pressures me enough to, even then, i won't know what to do. Like the right would say, ignorance is bliss, it keeps the chaos of american life in "order" yet their is no true order in chaos just a spiral of uncontrolable shortcomings. Censorship in the media... we all know that it happens, but did you know it is flagrently practiced in american film? Oh yes, it is. Censors get to cut and paste what ever sceenes in a movie they want, without the directors consent. They infact butcher the movie, often ruining the message the director/writer was intent on sending... so if the writers and directors of the media don't have a say in what is going on, who does? Why the censors of course, and they have full and complete control of the media... sounds like a government propaganda agency to me, but hell thats just me. Try watching the comercials, i mean actualy watching the comercials now a day, look for hidden messages, that might at first be over looked. Many comercials don't come out and say their product right away, so what are they advertising up until the moment that their product pops up on the screene, you may be suprised if you look hard enough. Pay particular attention to what channel plays what commercials, you will see a deffinate pattern in liberal and conservative channels. Damn american politics... Hail to order without chaos
